I’m a currently unemployed philosophy wife with a master’s degree in college administration. I love food and I have a growing interest in green/sustainable living. Hi I am making Ice Box Cake where i cream the unsalted butter and sugar together then fold in egg the crushed pineapple. what can I substitute for butter
